Live Oak Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Small Animal Surgeon to join our expanding specialty hospital in Savannah, GA, with a new facility opening September/October 2026.
This is an opportunity to help design and grow a surgical service in a modern, purpose-built hospital alongside a supportive and highly skilled team.
