Ascension St. John is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic or Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join Ascension St. John Tulsa, OK. This niche, tertiary practice focuses on spine deformity. 

• Niche Deformity Focus: Dedicated 80%+ adult spine deformity case mix, performing complex reconstructions and revision procedures.
• Zero ER Call: 100% elective practice structure with no emergency room call obligations.
• Structured Workweek: Clinic and OR Days
• Turnkey Support Team: Backed by 2 PAs, MAs, 1 Nurse Navigator, 1 Front Desk coordinator, and on-site X-ray technology. 
• Selective Patient Screening: Multi-stage triage system filtering for true deformity candidates, maintaining manageable clinic flow (~25 follow-ups/day).
• Technology & Systems: Practice operates on Cerner EMR with specialized surgical infrastructure and on-site imaging. 

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Guaranteed Salary: 2-year base salary guarantee transitioning into an RVU corridor compensation model.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE)
