Surgical Retina Specialist
Sequim & Silverdale, Washington (with proximity to Seattle's amenities)

A well-established, physician-led retina practice in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Surgical Retina Specialist to join its growing team. This is a partnership-track opportunity with substantial income potential, built-in equity, and no buy-in required.

We are open to both fellows graduating this year and experienced retina surgeons. The group prefers to hire sooner rather than later and is motivated to secure the right fit.

Position Highlights

• Split schedule: 1 day in Sequim, 3 in Silverdale
• Locations approximately 60 minutes apart
• Surgeries performed at an ASC
• Up to ~40 patients per day
• Collegial team and strong referral base
• Beautiful Pacific Northwest location with exceptional quality of life

While surgical retina is the priority, strong medical retina candidates may be considered.

3-Year Associate Compensation Model
Year 1: $400,000
Year 2: $500,000
Year 3: $600,000 + Pre-Partnership Incentive

Typical sign-on bonus for fellows: $50,000 + relocation assistance.

Medical and dental premiums are fully covered during associate years.

Pre-Partnership Incentive (Year 3)
Associates are eligible for a productivity-based incentive at the end of Year 3. If productivity is on par with partners, total compensation can effectively match partner-level earnings.

Partner Compensation
Average partner income across the organization ranges from:

$800,000 – $1.3M+

Compensation varies based on productivity, payor mix, research participation, and other factors.

Additional income opportunities:

• $5,000 incentive per patient enrolled in clinical trials
  Opportunity (outside the parent organization) to own part of the surgery center and the Sequim medical building
