POSITION SUMMARY

High Desert Radiology is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our growing remote daytime coverage team. This is a unique position for a radiologist seeking the autonomy and case-mix of general private practice, while enjoying the benefits of reading at home. HDR is an independent, physician-run group that is proudly not affiliated with private equity. We prioritize quality patient care, top-level compensation, and focus on work-life balance. POSITION DUTIES

• Interpret general radiology studies including CT, US, MR, and x-ray
• Target volume of 70-80 RVUs/shift (no ‘work units’ or other fuzzy accounting)
• Typical shift is 8a-4p AZ time, earlier start times available for east coast readers
• Weekend shifts are shared equally, average of 5 weekends per year
• Overnight exams are read by our in-house night team, no overnight call responsibilities
• Remote mammography is available if desired but is not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Year 1 total comp of $600k ($500k base, $50k signing bonus, $50k benefit package)
• Total comp of $650k starting in year 2 with no waiting period or buy-in
• 12 weeks vacation per year beginning year one
• Benefits package includes health and retirement contribution
• Malpractice fully covered by group (including tail coverage after one year)
• Both 1099 and W2 positions available
