As Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for complex accounts, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. The role cultivates senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. The role works under limited supervision and leads the development of bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with global teams. The role participates in transformational improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance and conducts market intelligence and competitive analysis for strategic planning. The role spearheads advanced commercial strategies and participates in high-value negotiations, delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences.
Your role:
- Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans and advanced commercial strategies to drive significant sales growth, profitability, market leadership, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Cultivates and maintains senior-level relationships as a trusted advisor, leads high-value negotiations, and delivers compelling presentations that align solutions with customer strategic objectives.
- Designs and implements innovative, bespoke customer solutions-coordinating global cross-functional teams and leading transformational projects to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
- Conducts market intelligence and competitive analysis, maintains CRM and KPIs, and uses data-driven insights to monitor and continuously improve sales performance while ensuring rigorous compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulations.
- Exercises independent judgment with limited supervision, mentors and develops junior account managers, and fosters a high-performance, ethical culture focused on impact and continuous learning.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.
- Proven sales delivery in the medical devices market with strong commercial and sales acumen: business development, account management, CRM, account strategies, proposal development, sales forecasting, and KPI monitoring/reporting.
- Data-driven market and stakeholder expertise: market research & analysis, data analysis & interpretation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management to drive growth and performance.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is a field-based role.

Philips Transparency Details:
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $157,250 to $187,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here .

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the East Zone: CT, DC, DE, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV
