Diagnostic Radiology Residency R1 position at New York City Health + Hospitals / Harlem Hospital Center July 1, 2026
Harlem Hospital Center Diagnostic Radiology residency program has an unexpected opening for an R1 position beginning July 1, 2026. Our program is fully accredited by the ACGME, has an academic affiliation with Columbia University and is part of the New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation. Our primary teaching site is Harlem Hospital Center, a level I trauma center and designated stroke center with medical, surgical, cardiac, burn and neonatal ICUs as well as a busy emergency department caring for a broad spectrum of patients. The Department of Radiology is accredited as a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology. Our radiology residents are exposed to a high volume of emergency, inpatient and outpatient cases. Consideration will be given to a candidate that has successfully completed an ACGME-accredited internship by the start date (July 1, 2026) for an R1 position.
Consideration will also be given to an R1 radiology resident for an R2 position. Applicants must be in good professional and academic standing at their current institution for consideration for an R2 position.
