Island Health is looking to hire a full-time board eligible/board certified Radiologist to join their Diagnostic Imaging Department at Island Health. Radiology services have been in the Anacortes community for over twenty years; this is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing a new radiology practice at Island Health.
Seeking someone with a passion for serving a beautiful coastal rural community to join a passionate and patient-centered medical staff working to improve the health and wellness for the entire community of Anacortes and surrounding islands. Duties may include but are not limited to reading CT, US, X-ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography, as well as perform ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy and mammography-guided procedures. The Island Health system features diagnostic imaging modalities such as mammography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine with a stress lab, fluoroscopy, MRI, CT, and plain film x-ray. Island Health looks to expand diagnostic imaging services into the interventional radiology space beyond the procedure currently performed. Position Details:
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE with 5-day work week
- Monday to Friday primarily outpatient care schedule with limited inpatient consultation
- No call will be expected; covered by a teleradiology firm
- Collaborative, collegial group with growth opportunities
- Work closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staff
- Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform with integrated Ambient Listening for documentation
- Merge PACS system hosted by Island Health
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation is range $531,329 to $649,403 per year
- The posted salary range reflects the range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance
- Competitive base salary guarantee and productivity incentives the first year of employment combined with comprehensive CME & Professional Society allowance; malpractice coverage, Washington State Medical License, DEA and Medical Staff dues are paid by practice.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Washington State Medical License or the ability to obtain one
