Psychiatry Medical Director Opportunity
Hattiesburg, Mississippi | $400K+ Income | Leadership Role | Flexible Schedule
This is an opportunity for a Psychiatrist ready to step into a meaningful leadership role within a well-established and highly respected behavioral health program. Located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, this position offers the ability to shape clinical direction while working alongside a strong, collaborative team all within a schedule designed to support balance and sustainability.
Position Details
- Monday through Friday schedule with no call
- Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
- Clinical work available in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Ability to focus on adults, Child and Adolescent psych, or all ages
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential over $400,000, including Medical Director stipend
- Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage

- Full coverage for licensure and DEA fees
Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Trained in Adult or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
- Experience or interest in leadership and program development
