Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) | 4-Day Work Week
Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and help build a growing 2nd shift team at a well-established manufacturer in Mechanic Falls, ME.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you won't just manage a team—you'll help shape how the shift operates as it expands. The company produces motor protection components used in equipment worldwide, and demand is driving continued growth.

Schedule
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

What Makes This Role Different
You'll start with a smaller, developing team and play a key role in growing the shift
Opportunity to influence processes, team structure, and culture early
High visibility with leadership as the shift expands
What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals
Help build, train, and develop a growing production team
Adjust schedules and workflows as volume increases
Identify any inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
Partner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiring
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor
What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
You'll spend most of your time on the floor supporting a small but growing team
You'll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations
You'll help create structure
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)
Strong communication and team development skills
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
