SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, growing practice in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, one of the fastest-growing communities in the Madison metropolitan area.

This opportunity offers 100% outpatient care, 0.8-1.0 FTE flexibility, no hospital rounding, EPIC EMR, and a collaborative team environment that supports long-term patient relationships and work-life balance.
