A thriving primary care group that practice in 3 new clinic spaces are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to practice in an outpatient setting.

This is a collaborative group who enjoy working with new grads and/or experienced physicians. A strong culture, flexibility, and strong income potential are what make this group stand out.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 9 primary care physicians and 12 APPs, practice out of 1 of 3 clinic locations
• Option for a 4-day work week
• Average patient volume of 20-23 per day; work alongside a dedicated MA
• Compensation includes a base salary of $300K with incentives into the $350K+ range
• Easy-to-hit and clear incentive/bonus structure
• Full Benefits Plan, CME, PTO, and $20K in Sign-on/Relocation
