Meadows Eye Physicians & Surgeons, a 100% physician-owned practice, is seeking a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our growing team of 18+ doctors across 7 clinics and a physician-owned ASC. You'll provide functional and cosmetic eyelid, orbital, and facial surgery alongside a collaborative team of subspecialists. We offer 10–15 minute patient visits, no ER call, a starting salary above the corporate average, equity in the parent company, and a full benefits package (401(k), CME stipend, malpractice, health/dental). Physicians in our group have, on average, switched from salary to productivity-based pay within 1-1.5 years.
