Description

UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our well-established and collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN to include clinic and labor delivery care in a supportive environment, alongside two experienced physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 3 clinic days per week, 1 day of Labor and Delivery/Postpartum call plus 0.5-1 day dedicated to surgery.
• Call Schedule: 1 day per week with midwives covering most first calls during the week.
• Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive procedures.
• Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $405K plus RVU productivity incentive bonus.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
• Quality Bonus: Additional earning potential for meeting quality benchmarks.
• Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to ease your transition. (If Applicable)
• CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for CME, plus $2,000 for licensure.
