OBGYN Opportunity on the Maryland Eastern Shore!

Join an established women's health program where you can practice full-scope OBGYN with strong clinical support and consistent procedural volume. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, along with built-in efficiencies that allow you to focus on patient care. You'll step into a role designed for both long-term stability and professional growth.

Practice Overview

• You'll join 7 OBGYNs, 8 CNMs, MFM support, and dedicated women's health NPs
• Full-scope OBGYN with a 50/50 OB/GYN mix and ~2,200 annual deliveries
• Da Vinci robotics plus ASC and hospital-based procedures within minutes
• Laborist group provides backup call coverage, reducing overnight burden

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with 3-4 clinic days per week
• Dedicated OR block time for surgical cases and procedural consistency
• 1:7 call rotation with post-call day off for recovery
• Clinic volume of ~28-30 patients per day with strong MA and nursing support

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $380K-$390K with additional earning potential
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 6 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays and $3,000 annual CME allowance
• 401k with 5% match, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment eligibility

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
• Interest in leadership or program growth is welcomed
