OB/GYN Medical Director
Stamford and Norwalk, Connecticut (45 minutes north of NYC)
Northwell Health, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Medical Director for the Stamford and Norwalk, CT region. Labor & Delivery call shifts will be covered at Norwalk Hospital. Clinic coverage will be in both Stamford and Norwalk, CT. This is a brand-new position due to practice growth. Stamford and Norwalk are located about 45 minutes to 1 hour northeast of New York City along the Long Island Sound in suburban Fairfield County, CT. We offer a competitive compensation package, including sign-on and retention bonuses.
Norwalk hospital sees approximately 1,100 deliveries a year and has a Level III NICU, as well as excellent specialty backups, including Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gyn Oncology. Established in 1893, Norwalk Hospital is a 366-bed community hospital with a Level II Trauma Center. As a teaching hospital, we are affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Ross University, American University of the Caribbean, and Yale School of Medicine.
