Mary Washington Healthcare is expanding and as such, we are seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the multi-specialty cardiology clinic in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative, physician-led organization with more than 300 providers across multiple specialties.

Our cardiovascular program is supported by a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team that includes Cardiac Surgery, Structural Cardiology, Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, and Advanced Cardiac Imaging—allowing you to practice at the top of your license in a well-integrated system.

This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including:

• Inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care
• Echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and stress testing
• Interpret echocardiography and nuclear perfusion studies
• Perform Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
• Optional involvement in cardiac CT interpretation
• Diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
• Supervision and collaboration with experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Clear, effective communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology (ABIM)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship
• Current unrestricted Virginia medical license or eligible for Virginia licensure.
• Proficiency in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology interpretation (board certification preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $515,000 (min) - $525,000 (max)
• Goals-based bonus
• Sign on bonus
