Rochester Regional Health and St. Lawrence Health are seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established, busy multi-cardiologist practice serving Northern New York.
The St. Lawrence Region serves an estimated referral population of more than 300,000 patients, creating significant demand for cardiovascular care and an opportunity to build a meaningful practice while contributing to the continued growth of cardiovascular services across the region.
As part of Rochester Regional Health, you’ll practice within a connected cardiovascular network, combining the relationships and impact of community-based medicine with access to the specialists, clinical resources, education and collaboration of the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute.

- Shared 1:5 call with potential to move to 1:6 as the team grows, consisting primarily of phone consultation with Emergency Department and Hospital Medicine physicians
- Competitive $500,000-$750,000 base salary, plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Your Practice & Opportunity to Grow
You’ll step into an established practice with significant patient demand while having the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of cardiovascular care throughout Northern New York.
Your practice will include:
- Full-spectrum non-invasive cardiology across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, stress testing and EKG interpretation
- Regional cardiovascular outreach
- Collaboration with Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Advanced Practice Providers and other specialties
- Epic EMR
- Clinical presence across Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Massena Hospital and Gouverneur Hospital
Beyond your core practice, opportunities exist to develop clinical interests in areas such as non-invasive cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, heart failure management, vascular medicine and cardiovascular outreach as the regional program continues to grow.

As part of the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute, you’ll have access to:
- System-wide cardiovascular expertise in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology, advanced cardiac imaging, heart failure and cardiothoracic surgery
- Weekly Cardiology Grand Rounds and multidisciplinary cardiovascular conferences
- Subspecialty collaboration across heart failure, structural heart, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging and interventional cardiology
- Fellowship educational activities and opportunities for continued academic engagement
- Hybrid and virtual collaboration with cardiovascular colleagues across RRH

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $500,000-$700,000
- Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Board Eligibility required within five years of fellowship completion
- Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
