Foundation Medical Partners, a physician-led multispecialty medical group affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a Full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join our established and growing nephrology practice in beautiful southern New Hampshire.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of four nephrologists supported by dedicated APRNs in comprehensive kidney care practice. Enjoy a balanced call schedule, a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, advanced dialysis modalities, and an exceptional quality of life in one of New England's most desirable regions.
Opportunity Highlights
Established nephrology practice with 4 physicians and APRN support
Shared 1:6 call schedule
Office conveniently located on the campus of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center
Coverage of two hospitals located less than one mile apart, one week per month
Comprehensive nephrology services include:
In-center hemodialysis
Nocturnal dialysis
Home dialysis therapies
Peritoneal dialysis
Acute and chronic kidney disease management
Two satellite clinic locations within a short drive
Opportunity to assume a Dialysis Medical Director role after two years
Strong referral network and multidisciplinary support
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
Completion of an accredited Nephrology Fellowship
Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
