Nephrology Associates of Mobile is the only Private Practice provider for the Gulf Coast of Alabama and Mississippi.  

We are seeking a motivated BC/BE Nephrologist to join our group.  We are a thriving group of 22 nephrologists and 17 advanced practitioners in total stretching across the AL/MS Gulf Coast.  The group itself covers 20+ dialysis units with an ESRD population of about 1500.  We have one Interventional Lab, 3 Joint Ventures and are very active in Value Based Care arrangements assisted by 2 Transplant Nephrologist and 4 Interventional Nephrologist partners.  We work hard with an excellent quality of life; ample time off (average 10 days off each month).  Partner salary is in the top 10% in the nation.  We also offer Full Benefits,  Loan Repayment Assistance, and Mentorship for Early Career Physicians.  The Alabama Gulf Coast area with its mild subtropical climate offers year round outdoor activities: Nearby Beaches, Golf, Tennis, Boating, Polo.  Outdoor Pursuits abound.
