We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologist to join a well-established, physician-led nephrology practice in Alexandria, LA. Position Highlights

• Full-spectrum nephrology care: outpatient clinic, dialysis rounding, and hospital consults
• Shared call schedule (Q3)
• Established team of 3 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners

• Strong referral base and consistent patient volume

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $350K
• Profit sharing structure:
  • Year 1: 35% of profits
  • Year 2 (through end of salary period): 50% of profits
• Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice, CME, retirement
• Relocation assistance + potential signing bonus
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
