What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Male and Female Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.
Required Experience:
Primary Care: 5+ years
Preferred Experience:
Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
Weight Loss: 2+ years
Functional Medicine: 2+ years
Role Details
Type: Contract
Pay: PA-C/NP$75 - $90, MD/DO $100 - $150 per hour
Hours: 24 - 40 hours per week
Location: In-person Goodyear

Requirements
Must have a current unrestricted Arizona state license to practice medicine, along with a DEA license to prescribe.
