Lead Workforce Health for More Than 43,000 Employees and 700 Employer Partners Across New Jersey
RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey's largest and most comprehensive integrated healthcare system, is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Medical Director, Occupational & Workforce Health for our Central Jersey Hub in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
This highly visible leadership opportunity offers the ability to influence workforce health strategy, employee well-being, occupational medicine services, workplace safety, regulatory excellence, and wellness initiatives supporting more than 43,000 RWJBarnabas Health employees and over 700 employer clients across New Jersey.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted clinical leader and strategic partner, collaborating with executive leadership, Human Resources, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Legal teams to advance innovative workforce health solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes for employees and employer partners alike.

Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine preferred
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience considered
- Leadership experience within Occupational Health, Employee Health, Workforce Health, or related clinical settings
- MRO, DOT, and IME certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
- New Jersey medical license or eligibility

The anticipated salary range for this position is $215,000-$340,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
