Locums Family Practice/Preventive Care opportunity in California for an MD/DO-outpatient adult primary care with no call and strong clinical support, with select dates still available.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care / preventive care clinic setting
• Common visit types include well visits, sick visits, routine checkups, and immunizations
• Chronic disease management such as diabetes and hypertension
• Referral support available through dedicated referral department and care navigators

Schedule

• Weekday clinic schedule
• Standard hours are 8am-5pm
• Option to work an evening shift of 10am-7pm when preferred
• Coverage is needed across an extended LOA period-dates still available

Cases and Procedures

• Adult preventive care and primary care evaluations
• Diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine conditions
• Immunizations and routine health maintenance
• No in-office procedures

Requirements

• Must be an MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• California license required (unable to wait for license)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
