Midwest Institute for Non-Surgical Therapy (St. Louis) is seeking a highly motivated interventional radiologist to join our growing outpatient vascular and image-guided therapy practice in the St. Louis area.
This is a unique opportunity for an IR physician who wants a high-volume, procedure-focused practice with a strong mix of complex peripheral arterial disease, limb salvage, venous disease, dialysis access, and advanced embolization therapies.
We are looking for an interventional radiologist with strong endovascular skills and a desire to build a long-term outpatient practice. New graduates are welcome to apply if they come from a strong interventional radiology training program with meaningful exposure to PAD, CLTI, embolization, and advanced image-guided interventions.
Position Highlights
This is a full-time employed position with significant income potential and long-term growth opportunity.
Compensation range: $550,000 to $900,000+ depending on productivity, experience, and case volume.
The role is designed for a physician who wants to be busy, procedural, clinically impactful, and part of a growing physician-led practice. The practice has an established outpatient infrastructure, experienced staff, vascular ultrasound support, referral relationships, and a growing platform for PAD, limb salvage, venous disease, dialysis access, and embolization procedures.
Clinical Focus
The physician should have interest or experience in a broad range of outpatient interventional radiology procedures, including:
Complex PAD and CLTI intervention
Limb salvage
Tibial and pedal interventions
SFA, popliteal, tibial, and pedal disease
Atherectomy, angioplasty, stenting, IVUS, and advanced endovascular techniques
Pedal access and alternative access strategies
Venous insufficiency treatment
Iliac and deep venous interventions
Dialysis access interventions
Prostate artery embolization
Uterine fibroid embolization
Genicular artery embolization
Hemorrhoidal artery embolization
Pelvic congestion and gonadal vein embolization
Varicocele embolization
Other image-guided embolization therapies and minimally invasive procedures
Experience with complex PAD, CLTI, and embolization is strongly preferred, but the most important qualities are technical ability, judgment, work ethic, and a desire to grow a major outpatient IR practice.

Base compensation with productivity upside
Expected compensation range: $550,000 to $900,000+ depending on productivity, experience, and case volume

Requirements
Candidates should be board eligible or board certified in interventional radiology and eligible for medical licensure in Missouri.
The ideal candidate will be:
Procedurally driven
Comfortable in an outpatient lab or ASC environment
Interested in PAD, CLTI, limb salvage, embolization, venous disease, and longitudinal vascular care
Able to work collaboratively with referring physicians, podiatrists, wound-care providers, urologists, gynecologists, primary care physicians, nephrologists, and other specialists
Interested in practice growth, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
Comfortable participating in community outreach, referral development, and patient education
Motivated to help build a regional destination practice for outpatient IR, PAD, limb salvage, and embolization therapies
