Interventional Cardiologist

As an Interventional Cardiologist at Desert Cardiology & Vascular Center(opens in new window)  you will enjoy a busy, successful and well established interventional cardiology group in Henderson, NV.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board certified or board eligible interventional cardiologist ensuring strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice. 

Position Highlights:

•        Outpatient and npatient duties including ability to perform/learn:
  • Complex coronary and high risk procedures (CHIP)
  • Structural heart interventions (TAVR/PFO closure)
  • Endovascular interventions (peripheral arterial/venous/endovascular aortic repair, EVAR)
  • Strong referral volume to pursue advanced cases based on your prior experience (MitraClip/Watchman)
•        Award winning affiliate hospitals offering:
  • STEMI site with surgical backup 
  • Cardiology EP Lab/Open Heart Surgery Center
  • Hybrid OR to perform structural heart cases 
  • On-site cardiothoracic surgical backup 24/7/365
  • One of the top hospitals in cardiac patient volume/outcomes
•        Office is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Las Vegas (Henderson)
•        Established practice (20+ years) with robust referral bases and significant patient demand
•        Tenured and well-trained support staff with very low turnover

Job Requirements

•        Active or Eligible License in the state of Nevada
•        Board Eligible/Board Certified

We are offering:

•        Compensation range of $600K-$900K plus productivity structure
•        Medical/dental/malpractice benefit package

•        Shared call ratios (1:4 weekend rounding)
