Candidate Qualifications
- MD/DO
- BE/BC in Nephrology
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
- Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
- Interventional Nephrology candidates: Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology with experience in dialysis vascular access procedures; ASDIN certification preferred
