OB/GYN Opportunity in Stayton, Oregon | $400K+ Base

Join an established OB/GYN practice with 30 years of community care and an existing patient panel from a retiring physician. You'll work alongside an experienced team with strong staff retention while helping expand a growing women's health program in Oregon's Willamette Valley.

Position Highlights

• Established patient panel from a retiring physician
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including C-sections and gynecologic surgery
• Join another OB/GYN, CNM, Women's Health NP/PA, two consistent locum physicians, and experienced support staff
• Anesthesia and NICU support available, with referrals for high-risk pregnancies
• One clinic, one hospital, and one EPIC EMR
• Opportunity to help grow annual deliveries from 200 to 350
• Brand-new women's health clinic opening this year

Schedule & Call

• 3 clinic days and 1 dedicated OR day per week
• 34 hours of patient care plus 6 hours of protected administrative time
• Office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shared weekday call with 2 nights per week
• 1:4 weekend call rotation
• Experienced CNM handles most first-call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000 to $425,000 base salary plus RVU incentives
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
• 34 days of PTO

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• MD or DO from an accredited residency program
• ACLS certified
• Eligible for Oregon licensure
• New graduates, experienced physicians, residents, and international medical graduates encouraged to apply
