Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG), a 650+ provider multispecialty group practice, is seeking a full time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FP/OB) to join our growing practice in Caldwell, Idaho. This opportunity is ideal for a physician committed to providing comprehensive family medicine, prenatal care, labor and delivery services, and postpartum care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
The provider will join an established practice currently consisting of eleven Family Medicine physicians and a seven-day-a-week urgent care in a brand-new, 60,0000+ square foot facility. The clinic also offers on-site laboratory and imaging services and is designed to support continued growth in one of Idaho's fastest-growing communities. The practice maintains a strong relationship with Saint Alphonsus Nampa Medical Center, where deliveries will occur and where the physician will participate in required OB call coverage.
This position offers the unique opportunity to build a full-spectrum family medicine practice while helping address the growing need for obstetrical providers in the Treasure Valley. The ideal candidate will value continuity of care and enjoy caring for patients across all stages of life, including pregnancy, delivery, postpartum care, and ongoing primary care.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
- Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
- Qualified to obtaining OB privileges and provide prenatal, delivery and postpartum care.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, PALS and NRP certification.
Location: Caldwell Health Plaza
Schedule: Schedule: Traditional clinic work week, M-F, no less than 32 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Required OB hospital call.
