We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty: Family Medicine Outpatient

Work Setting: Health Clinic

Schedule:Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day

Types of Cases:primary care: assess, diagnose, treat and/or refer

Specialties and Staff on Site:1NP, 2 RNs, 1 MAphlebotomist, 3 Behavioral Health providers, Chiro, Optical

Credentialing: 1-2 weeks

Requirements:

Licensure: Nevada license, Nevada CSR and Active DEA

Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Life Support Certifications: BLS
