A respected Federally Qualified Health Center on California's Central Coast is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team. Practice in a modern outpatient clinic with outstanding clinical support, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in an underserved community.

Position Highlights:
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• Flexible 4- or 5-day work week
• No required call, nights, weekends, or inpatient responsibilities
• See just 18-20 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• J-1 & H-1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary up to $276,000
• $15,000-$20,000 signing bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $300,000 in loan repayment through NHSC, PSLF, SLRP, and other qualifying programs
• 25 days of PTO plus 13 paid holidays
• Up to $5,000 annual CME/professional expense allowance and 40 hours of CME leave
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Additional compensation available for Spanish-speaking physicians
