The Practice:
• Choice of a 3-day (3x12s) or 4-day (4x10s) work week
• Guaranteed base salary of $320,000+
• $100,000 Sign-on bonus
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine

• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• NHSC and state loan repayment eligible
• Relocation assistance available
