Brooks Eye is a leading ophthalmology practice serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, known for delivering exceptional patient outcomes through advanced surgical technology and a patient-first approach. We are growing our team and seeking a fellowship-trained Cornea and Refractive Surgeon to join our practice across our Plano and Las Colinas locations.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Cornea/Refractive Surgeon to provide comprehensive care in corneal disease management, anterior segment surgery, and refractive procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who wants to build a thriving practice within an established, well-respected group, supported by a strong referral network and state-of-the-art surgical facilities.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage corneal and external ocular diseases
Perform corneal transplants (DSEK/DMEK, PK) and other anterior segment surgeries
Provide LASIK, PRK, and other refractive surgical services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of optometrists and ophthalmologists
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across both Plano and Las Colinas offices
Participate in surgical planning, pre-op and post-op care

Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO with completed ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery
Board eligible/certified (or willing to obtain certification)
Active or eligible for Texas medical license
Strong surgical skills and commitment to excellent patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
