- Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and surgical counselors to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Compensation Model:
Swagel Wootton Eye Institute offers a 12-month guaranteed compensation draw, providing financial stability during the first year of practice. After 12 months, physicians transition to a productivity-based compensation model that adjusts and increases throughout the year based on year-to-date (YTD) net collections. This structure rewards performance and growth while maintaining transparency and fairness.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- 2-5+ years of experience performing cataract surgery preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with premium lens technology and refractive cataract techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
