Build a premium surgical career from day one
Most young surgeons spend years waiting for real premium volume. At Cohen Eye Institute, you start with it.
We are opening a new, expanded office in Old Bridge, New Jersey. We are looking for a talented surgeon to grow with us as a future partner. This role is built around the operating room, not a crowded general clinic.
Why surgeons choose us
- Premium caseload from the start. About 90 percent of our cataract patients choose premium lenses.
- Advanced lens technology. You will work with TECNIS PureSee, Vivity, Envy, and mix-and-match strategies. We are consistently among the first in the tri-state area to adopt new lens technology.
- Full refractive range. The role covers femtosecond laser cataract surgery, LASIK, EVO ICL, IOL exchange, and topography-guided PRK.
- Glaucoma surgery. We care for a large glaucoma patient population, and MIGS is part of the surgical mix. Glaucoma specialists are welcome.
- A steady flow of patients. Our national YouTube channel, our media presence on CBS, FOX, ABC, and CNBC, and our referral network keep the schedule full. You will not have to build a practice from scratch.
- The RealSight advantage. Our proprietary RealSight biometry fusion method combines measurements from multiple devices. That precision helps us deliver the outcomes premium patients expect.
Mentorship from a surgeon physicians trust
Dr. Ilan Cohen has performed tens of thousands of cataract and refractive surgeries over more than 25 years. More than 1,000 physicians have chosen him as their own eye surgeon. He will personally mentor you in premium lens selection, centration, femtosecond integration, and refractive decision-making.
