Non-profit hospital serving the Greater St. Louis region is seeking BC/BE Family/Internal Medicine Physicians to join a dynamic medical group, offering a robust referral network and phenomenal benefits.

The Opportunity
• Choose from several practices, with options to join an established group of 20 primary care providers or lead an exciting new start-up in an affluent southern Illinois suburb, just minutes from downtown St. Louis
• Turnkey practice opportunity to be busy from day one while still allowing you to develop your patient panel to suit your interests
• Outpatient only position with flexible 4-day work week and 6 weeks of vacation for ultimate work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed salary of $310K+ (negotiable dependent on experience)
• $350K+ base for leading a team of APPs
• 6 weeks PTO, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, H1B support, 403b + 457 plans, and a full suite of physician benefits
