Now Hiring: Certified Medical Coders

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented medical coding professionals to join our team in a remote, temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications
Current AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification or AAPC Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) certification required
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG assignment
Experience reviewing and interpreting medical records for accurate code assignment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to coding compliance and quality standards
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
Ensure compliance with all payer, regulatory, and organizational coding guidelines
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams as needed
