Requirements
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, following evidence-based medical protocols.
- Perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care and health education.
- Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, behavioral health specialists, and educators to provide holistic patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider team meetings.
- Perform Family PACT services.
- Report directly to Chief Medical Officer
