Synergy Face + Body is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon to join its growing surgical team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The opportunity combines established patient demand with the autonomy to build a thriving aesthetic surgery practice within one of the Southeast’s most respected aesthetic brands.

Clinical scope
The plastic surgeon will perform a broad range of cosmetic surgical procedures, with expertise and interest in both facial and body aesthetics. The role is supported by an established and growing patient pipeline generated through Synergy’s four medical spa locations, creating a natural pathway for patients seeking advanced facial and body procedures.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. This position also offers the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the region’s most established aesthetic brands.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in plastic surgery
- Fellowship training or strong aesthetic surgical case experience preferred
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in North Carolina
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Patient-first mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence
- Interest in marketing, education, and practice growth
