Description
TidalHealth, located on Maryland’s scenic Eastern Shore, is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, MD. As part of our physician-led, multi-specialty group of over 400 providers, you’ll practice in a collaborative environment focused on quality care and community impact—while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance in a coastal community.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $638,000 – $729,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage (with tail), and $4500 CME allowance
- Sign-on bonus

- Practice at a Level III Trauma Center with a robust anesthesia care team
- Modern operating suites equipped with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional support staff
- Call coverage shared among team members
- Perform a wide variety of interventional procedures across a high-volume system handling 18,000+ surgeries and 2,300+ births annually

- A Director of Interventional Radiology position is also available.
