The Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible cardiac surgeon with expertise in aortic surgery to join our cardiac surgery and endovascular practice. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-volume, quaternary care program recognized for innovation, quality, and multidisciplinary care.
The selected candidate will play a key role in advancing Mayo Clinic’s comprehensive aortic program across the clinical, academic, and research missions of the institution.
Qualifications:
MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Thoracic Surgery
Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Demonstrated expertise in open and endovascular aortic procedures
Experience with surgical treatment of complex aortic pathologies
Eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
