What You’ll Do:
Provide medical leadership and oversee clinical quality across the hospital
Partner with hospital administration to build and execute strategic goals
Mentor and develop doctors and medical team members
Foster a positive, collaborative culture rooted in accountability and transparency
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuing education initiatives
Shape the medical culture of a dedicated ER team today—while helping build a specialty service for tomorrow.
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Prior leadership experience or strong leadership capabilities
Internship trained is preferred but not required
Proven ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and integrity
Enthusiasm for shaping a thriving medical culture
