The Department of Surgery, Division of General Surgery, is seeking candidates with expertise in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Colorectal Surgery at the Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor level, to join the active Division of General Surgery that covers all subspecialties, with an active residency program.
Candidates must have displayed interest in academic surgery and a well-rounded experience in general surgery, with fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery and specific expertise in robotic surgical techniques, mainly with training on Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System.
Candidates must also have a solid research background as well as an academic commitment to research and teaching.
Candidates must preferably be eligible for or certified by the American Board of Surgery (and/or the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery) or its equivalent.
