Radiology Partners is seeking a Worklist, Radiology Support Manager for our rapidly growing national support team. This role will support the daily workflow operations, the Worklist, Radiology Support Manager will be a key contributor to our daily operations, client satisfaction and Practice objectives by providing workflow solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a Radiologist Support Services Team
Review daily, weekly and monthly key metrics to identify trends or areas of focus
Develop, document and implement action plans as appropriate
Develop reporting as necessary to evaluate and trend Teammate performance
Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workflow improvements
Cultivate strong relationships with Teammates
Establish and communicate impactful team goals
Evaluate, coach, train, mentor and motivate teammates
Take disciplinary action when needed with appropriate approvals as required
Stay up to date and provide training on Practice policies and procedures
Serve as department subject matter expert when necessary
Workflow management: proactively monitor worklists for capacity versus demand
Identify when assistance is needed
Respond to RSC, Operations and Radiologist requests
Escalate technical issues via Service Now (RP & Banner)
Document site issues, volume and turnaround time
Participate in regular Operations Meetings
Stay informed of any relevant changes to Operations
Understand multiple Synapse & Clario worklists
Proactively manage downtimes
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge – Theoretic or practical understanding of a subject (e.g., Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and best practices).
Healthcare Supervision Experience Required, Radiology training/experience is strongly preferred, Worklist Management is a plus
Skills – Proficiencies developed through training or experience (e.g., Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)).
Familiarity with Clario, Power scribe, and FUJI Synapse is a plus
Intermediate MS Excel Skills
Abilities – Innate or developed capacities to perform tasks (e.g. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information).
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related, information technology field preferred or equivalent experience to Bachelor’s degree
Radiology Experience, strongly preferred
4+ years of relevant job experience required
Demonstrated self-direction and ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
Ability to understand how tasks fit into larger program objectives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, across people, processes, and technology
Outstanding organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive, performance-related information
