Cardiology APP – Viera, Florida | Practice on the Coast | Full-Time

Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Viera, Florida.

This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong physician collaboration. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced cardiologist who is an excellent mentor, supportive teammate, and strong communicator.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and manage new and established cardiology patients
• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
• Conduct cardiac clearance evaluations
• Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education and ongoing cardiovascular management
• Collaborate closely with the cardiologist and broader care team

• No call

What We’re Looking For

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with physicians
• Commitment to excellent, patient-centered care
• Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing
