We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pain Management physician with Anesthesia background to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain using advanced pain management techniques, including interventional and pharmacological treatments. This role demands both clinical expertise and a dedication to improving the quality of life for individuals suffering from pain. Most procedures are performed at our ASC dedicated to pain management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and review of medical histories to identify sources of pain.
Develop and implement individualized pain management plans tailored to the patient’s specific condition and needs.
Provide both short-term and long-term management for patients with chronic pain conditions such as back pain, arthritis, and neuropathic pain.
Monitor patients’ responses to treatments, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results and minimize side effects.
Educate patients on pain management strategies, including lifestyle changes, medications, and coping mechanisms.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Stay current with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in pain management and anesthesiology.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology.
