Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conducting patient consultations and physical examinations to diagnose vascular conditions.
Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Performing surgical procedures, including endovascular and open surgeries, to treat vascular disorders.
Monitoring patients' post-operative progress and managing complications as they arise.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Participating in continuing medical education and staying updated on advancements in vascular surgery techniques and technologies.
Mix of hospital inpatient and outpatient surgery/procedures, and clinic.
Requirements:
MD/DO from an accredited school of medicine.
Completion of residency training in general surgery followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery.
Board certification in vascular surgery (or eligibility for certification).
Valid medical license to practice as a vascular surgeon.
Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
