Description
AgentOffers is hiring a Telemedicine Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician to support a remote national care model.
Only Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with active, unrestricted medical licenses in all 50 U.S. states will be considered for this role.
What you will do
- Deliver high-quality virtual primary care for adult patients across the United States.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and care plans.
- Collaborate with operations, credentialing, and care coordination teams.
- Support clinical quality, oversight, and protocol adherence as the program scales.
- Help ensure compliance with state licensing, telehealth, and payer requirements.

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in all 50 U.S. states
- Experience in telemedicine, outpatient primary care, or both
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with remote clinical and operations teams
