To support this momentum, JHS seeks an innovative, strategic, and missiondriven healthcare executive to serve as the next Senior Vice President & Chief Executive Officer (SVP & CEO) of Jackson North Medical Center. Jackson North Medical Center is a 382bed, fullservice acute care hospital delivering comprehensive medical and surgical services, including 24/7 adult and pediatric emergency care, advanced cardiac care, orthopedics, urology, maternity and women’s health, bariatrics, stroke care, neurosciences, and robust rehabilitation programs. The campus also hosts a wide range of specialty physician practices, expanding coordinated, expert care across multiple disciplines. Serving tens of thousands of patients each year, Jackson North is a vital access point for highquality care in the region and a key extension of Jackson Health System’s academic and specialty services, ensuring seamless, worldclass care close to home.
Leadership Scope
The SVP & CEO is the accountable executive leader for all hospital operations, reporting to the SVP & CEO of the Regional Hospital Network & Physician Services. This leader sets the strategic direction for Jackson North, ensuring operational excellence, clinical distinction, and a peoplefirst culture.

Driving performance in quality, safety, patient experience, and operational efficiency
Advancing highreliability practices and continuous improvement
Strengthening workforce engagement, empowerment, and wellbeing
Deepening integration across Jackson Health System and expanding access to care
Enhancing key service lines and academic partnerships to meet evolving community needs
