We are currently seeking a Statewide Medical Director for Centurion Health in Missouri. The physician may reside anywhere in Missouri. However, attendance at meetings in Jefferson City is required.

The Statewide Medical Director provides clinical leadership and medical direction for the state, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in accordance with contract requirements and Centurion's clinical standards. The Statewide Medical Director works collaboratively with the Regional Medical Directors. This position allows work from home when not visiting clinics.

• Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight.
• Mentor, advise and evaluate medical providers and teams.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Coordinate clinical and utilization management activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource and leader for physicians and healthcare staff throughout the state.

Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Active, unrestricted Missouri license or ability to obtain one
• Clean criminal background
• At least 3 years of corrections experience
