Practice Details:
• Outpatient practice serving all ages.
• Base Salary Range is $206,336.00 To $401,456.00 Annually depending on experience.
• Low volume, see 14-16 patients per day.
• No Call.
• Epic EMR.
• Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary range is $210,000-$400,000 depending on experience+ $100,000 Sign-On Bonus.
• Quality and relocation bonuses available.
